=30min 50sec
THen... Swing 50,40,30,20,10 Starting on the 2 min mark and running the remainder.
Whole thing took me about 52 min.
TODAY'S WORKOUT:
Burpees x 1 min
Jog 2 min
45pound Swing x 1 min
Jog 2 min
Repeat
Run 15 min.
