WORKOUT: Workout 2 + Interval 3
16kg Snatch + Squat--AMAP in 15 min.=45 (Last time it was 42).
REst 5 min.
Pull-up (green and purple bands) + Push-ups--AMAP in 15 min=40 (Last time it was 39).
Rest 5 min
Tabata Burpee 20 sec, rest 10 sec. Swing 45# for 20 sec, rest 10 sec.
