Slept 5.5 hours-Work6p-8a
My workout, 12kg Workout A, was interesting today in that I didn't feel the mojo at all. I was achey, tight and generally just didn't feel good, yet my numbers were on par with the same workout last week and overall were a rep or so above the numbers I pulled then. So I guess I'll take it.
