Really quickly...I didn't post my diet last night or my workout. My nutrition was sound except for the piece of homemade chocolate cake. Yeah, I know, but at least I'm owning it.

Today's nutrition:
6oz Pork roast, 2tbsp feta cheese, 1tbsp low fat honey mustard dressing, 2 tbsp walnuts, 3c mixed greens, 1/2 small potatoes, 8 whole wheat ritz crackers. 2tbsp raisins.
venti nonfat latte (really bad mood going to work and thought this might help)
bionic whey protein bar, one dove caramel chocolate
1c strawberries, 1 string cheese
1 apple, 2tbsp PB
1630 calories 74.4g grams fat40% 135g carbohydrates32% 114.8g protein 28%

YESTERDAY'S WORKOUT: Better Me workout= 5 rounds of...
2 purple and black band assisted pullups/5pushups AMAP in 2 min 3 sets in 3 of the 5 rounds, 2 + a little in the other 2 rounds..
2/2 assisted pistols
run 100yards
5 burpees, 1/1 20kg C&PP, 5 box jumps

TODAY'S WORKOUT: VO2 max workouts 12kg 60rounds.--got 7 reps most rounds, in the middle of the workout got 8 reps for several rounds. The trick to increasing the reps is hip snap and really driving the bell--as well as being cocked and ready AS SOON AS the buzzer goes off.

    P.S. Sometimes the answer is chocolate cake, esp homemade chocolate cake.
